The Gunstock Inn is neither a hotel nor a motel but a cozy, family friendly place to stay with 25 rooms quaintly decorated with antique furniture, yet equipped with cable TV, private baths, air conditioning/heating units and multi-room suites available with balconies and lofts. Wireless internet access is available in the front lobby. The fitness center received all new upgrades in 2008 including a new saltwater filtration system for the 75’ indoor heated pool providing chemical-free enjoyment year round. The Inn also has two gazebos on the property where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or mug of hot cocoa while taking in a beautiful sunset or sunrise and experience the ever-changing views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Ossipee Mountain range.
The Gunstock Inn has rooms in 4 categories: Standard, Choice, Balcony and Suite. Each room has its own special uniqueness and the Innkeepers are sure that they have a room to suit your needs. Room prices from $105 to $180 per night. Please call for a complete price list.
Reservation Policy: There is a no minimum night stay except for black out periods. A deposit of one night is required. Gunstock Inn requires a 48 hour cancellation notice in which a refund of the deposit less a $10.00 processing fee will be returned.
Cancellation Policy: If the cancellation is made in less than 48 hours of a scheduled stay it will result in the charge of one night. For all other cancellations there will be a $10.00 processing fee.
Smoking Policy: NH law prohibits smoking inside Inn buildings. Non-compliance will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted on the grounds and we ask you respect the property by properly extinguishing smoking materials.
